1. 服務內容
本站讓你匯入公開的 YouTube 播放清單，把整份清單洗牌、合併多份清單一起播放，並在你的瀏覽器裡保存清單庫。本站免費提供，不需要註冊。
2. YouTube 服務條款
本站使用 YouTube API 服務。使用本站即表示你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束，YouTube 如何處理資料請見 Google 隱私權政策。本站與 YouTube、Google 沒有關係，也不是它們推薦或背書的服務。影片、標題、縮圖等內容屬於各自的權利人，由 YouTube 的官方播放器播放；YouTube 播放的廣告和內容由 YouTube 決定，本站不會移除或修改。
3. 使用限制
為了不讓少數人用光全站共用的 YouTube 額度，一般使用者每台裝置每天最多可以按 10 次同步、讀取約 10,000 部影片（匯入和同步合計，換算為 200 次 YouTube API 讀取），隔天恢復。超過時本站會暫停讀取，直到隔天。我們可能依實際用量調整這些數字，並更新本頁與網站上的說明。
使用本站時，你同意不會：
- 用程式大量、自動地存取本站或本站的伺服器，或用任何方式規避上面的使用限制；
- 干擾、攻擊或試圖破壞本站及其伺服器的運作；
- 利用本站侵害他人的權利，或違反 YouTube 服務條款與適用的法律；
- 轉售、出租或冒用贊助者的解鎖碼或憑證。
4. 贊助與贊助者權益
- 贊助是自願的支持，不是購買商品。贊助後會收到解鎖碼，在一段期間內享有贊助者權益（例如自動同步、不受每日讀取限制、桌面純播放器模式、雲端同步）。權益的內容與期間，以贊助當時網站上的說明為準。
- 我們可能新增、調整或停止個別權益；調整時會盡量維持同等的價值，並在網站上說明。
- 解鎖碼與憑證僅供你本人和你自己的裝置使用。違反本條款或濫用服務時，我們可以停止該份權益。
- 付款由綠界科技、Ko-fi 或銀行處理，也受各自的條款約束。付款有問題、需要退款，請來信 contact@shuffle-tube.com，我們會依適用的法律處理。
5. 你的資料
你的清單庫存在你自己的瀏覽器裡，請自行保管；清除瀏覽器資料就會刪除。我們如何處理資料，請見隱私權政策。
6. 免責聲明
本站依「現況」提供，不保證不中斷、沒有錯誤，也不保證一定讀得到某份清單或播得了某部影片——這些取決於 YouTube、網路和你的瀏覽器。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本站造成的任何間接或衍生損失負責；我們對你的全部責任，以你在過去 12 個月內實際付給我們的金額為上限。
7. 服務變更與終止
我們可以隨時修改、暫停或停止本站的全部或一部分功能。如果終止整個服務，我們會盡量提前在網站上公告。

Terms of Service

Welcome to ShuffleTube (shuffle-tube.com, "the site"), built and maintained by SY Tech (詩源科技, "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
The site lets you import public YouTube playlists, shuffle a whole playlist, play several playlists together as one queue, and keep a library of them in your browser. It is free and needs no account.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The site uses YouTube API Services. By using the site you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; for how YouTube handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Videos, titles, thumbnails and other content belong to their owners and are played in YouTube's official player; the ads and content YouTube serves are YouTube's to decide, and the site does not remove or alter them.
3. Limits and acceptable use
So that a few people cannot use up the YouTube quota the whole site shares, each device of a non-supporter may sync up to 10 times and read about 10,000 videos a day (imports and syncs together, which is 200 YouTube API reads), back the next day. Past that, the site stops reading until the next day. We may adjust these numbers to actual use, and will update this page and the site when we do.
When using the site you agree not to:
- access the site or its server in bulk or by automated means, or get around the limits above in any way;
- interfere with, attack or attempt to disrupt the site or its server;
- use the site to infringe anyone's rights, or in breach of the YouTube Terms of Service or the law;
- resell, rent out or misuse a supporter's unlock code or credential.
4. Donations and supporter perks
- A donation is voluntary support, not a purchase of goods. A donor receives an unlock code and supporter perks for a period of time (such as auto-sync, no daily reading limit, the player-only view on a desktop, and cloud sync). What the perks are and how long they last is as described on the site at the time of the donation.
- We may add, change or withdraw individual perks; when we do, we will try to keep their overall value and will say so on the site.
- Codes and credentials are for you and your own devices only. We may end the perks of anyone who breaches these terms or abuses the service.
- Payments are handled by ECPay, Ko-fi or your bank, under their own terms as well. For a problem with a payment or a refund, write to contact@shuffle-tube.com and we will handle it as the applicable law requires.
5. Your information
Your library lives in your own browser and is yours to look after; clearing your browser's data deletes it. How we handle information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that a given playlist can be read or a given video played — that depends on YouTube, the network and your browser. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site at any time. If we end the whole service, we will try to announce it on the site in advance.
8. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, this page and the date at the top are updated; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
